These wild horses of the west appear to be dancing when in actuality they are fighting for their place in the herd.  The canvas is galvanized 30x60 steel.  I used copper sulfate to "paint" rusty sunrays in the background.  The stallions are painted with alcohol ink and finely detailed with a Dremel tool.  The manes and tails were highlighted by using an angle grinder.
